ChangeBrief is a pre-launch product experiment operated by Syrlabs. This notice covers the waitlist at scope.syrlabs.com.

What we collect

When you join, we save your email address, your optional studio size and main difficulty with client changes, and the time and version of your consent. We do not ask for client documents, account passwords, or access to your inbox.

What we use it for

With your consent, we use your signup to contact you about ChangeBrief early access and product research, including an optional interview. Signing up does not create a product account, a subscription, or a purchase obligation. This form does not automatically send an email.

Where it is stored

Our hosting and database provider, Cloudflare, processes the signup to run this site and store it in a database dedicated to ChangeBrief. Access is limited to the operator and the providers needed to run the service. Provider processing may take place outside your country. We do not sell your signup information or publish it.

Security and request information

The site uses HTTPS, validates form data, and limits repeated submission attempts. Our database does not store your IP address. Cloudflare processes IP addresses and technical request data to deliver and protect the site, including short-lived rate limiting. Its processing is described in Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not include advertising scripts. Hosting and security services may process request information as described above. Clarity analytics is explained below.

Microsoft Clarity analytics

Microsoft Clarity analytics is on by default to help us understand clicks, scrolling and masked page replays and improve this site. Clarity uses analytics cookies to connect page views into browsing sessions. Advertising cookie storage remains disabled. We mask page content, including signup forms and their results, and do not send your email, form answers or signup-access tokens as Clarity identifiers or custom tags.

Microsoft may process page, interaction, device and network information, including IP addresses, in countries other than your own. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement. You can turn Clarity off through Analytics preferences in the footer without affecting the site. We store that choice in this browser for up to 180 days; the preference itself does not contain a visitor identifier. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track keep Clarity off.

How long we keep it

We intend to review and delete waitlist records within 12 months of signup unless you join a subsequent product or give fresh permission for further contact. You may request deletion sooner.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, withdraw consent for, or delete your signup at any time. Email wsjzs@hotmail.com from the address you used to sign up. We may ask you to verify that you control that address before making changes. You can decline research invitations without losing your place on the waitlist.

Changes to this notice

If the product moves beyond this waitlist or needs new information, we will explain the change and request any additional consent needed. We will update the date above when this notice changes.
